Who we are

Lewis Legacy Investments Ltd (company number 15451888, registered office 5 Dunkeld Close, Gateshead NE10 8WH) is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. What we collect

When you register your interest in Legacy House, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the apartment you are interested in, and anything you add in the message box.

How we use it

• To contact you about Legacy House, including invitations to view and occasional progress updates (never more than one a month).
• To count how many people are interested in each apartment. We may share these counts with our lender and its valuer, but never your name or contact details.

We use your information because you have given your consent by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your details.

We will not sell your details or pass them to anyone else to market to you.

Where it is stored and for how long

The form is handled by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which stores submissions on our behalf and may process them in the United States under safeguards approved for international transfers. We copy registrations into our own records and keep them for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to keep you on the list for longer, or you become a tenant.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If you choose a language, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts and its 3D drawing library from jsDelivr, so those services see your device’s IP address when the page loads, as with any website.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us contacting you. Email us and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
